San Antonio residents can now request assistance with plumbing repairs from SAWS



SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio water system is now accepting requests from customers who need help repairing broken pipes to restore service and minimize water loss after the recent winter storm last week.

Customers can register for the Community Pipe Repair Program online, by calling 210 233-FIXX (3499) or by emailing Support in Spanish is available by phone or email.

The program provides assistance in repairing broken pipes that have caused a loss of water to the home or made it necessary to cut off the water supply to the home.
